The PROLITE-45 touchscreen high-performance OTDR is easier to use, more compact and more economical than traditional optical reflectometers.

In addition to fiber optic tests, it includes cable tests such as Link Image (link map) and VFL (visual fault checker). As an OTDR, it can work in automatic mode and expert mode. It can be used as OTDR, power meter and VFL simultaneously.

The PROLITE-45 is lightweight, compact and can be charged via the USB port to offer up to 8 hours of continuous operation (or 20 hours on standby). It can be used to store measurement records (over 200,000 on an 8 GB memory card) and generate trace files.

Compact, easy to use and economical, the PROLITE-45 offers greater testing capabilities, flexibility and accuracy. It combines fiber optic testing and cable testing functions in a single device, including automatic and expert OTDR mode, Link Image, Optical Power Meter, Stabilized Laser Source, Optical Loss Tester and Visual Fault Checker (VFL).

Its LED flashlight and high-capacity lithium battery (6600 mAh) allow technicians to work in dark and remote environments without major problems. The PROLITE-45 is a fiber optic instrument that meets various testing requirements throughout the fiber optic network.
