Requires prior contracting of the CBS-ALMGT-CAM service. It allows
transmit alarms triggered by Bosch cameras to receiving software
of approved alarms (MASterMind, Manitou, SIMS, etc.).
External platforms must be configured in the VSaaS application before
its use.
Alarm Management includes the functions
following, which only need to be configured to use them:
- Live view allowing live video monitoring/access
to video streams permanently.
- Live intervention 24 hours a day to carry out a
immediate audio intervention in order to avoid damage to the
facilities (based on camera analysis or other input from
camera).
- Virtual assistant to provide immediate remote help with just
push an emergency button.
- Virtual surveillance tour to carry out visual checks of the
selected cameras at scheduled intervals.
- Video verification to verify the origin of a burglar alarm and
choose the appropriate escalation path.
- End customers or SOCs can use them on their own through
the Bosch user interface (event monitor).
