PT−872xr is a high-performance, long-range DGKat™ 2.0 twisted pair receiver for HDMI 2.0 and HDCP 2.2 4K@60Hz (4:4:4) HDR signals with bidirectional power. Converts the transmitted DGKat™ 2.0 signal to an HDMI signal. PT − 872xr, extends the signal up to 50m (160ft) at 4K @ 60Hz (4:4:4) and up to 70m (230ft) at 4K @ 30Hz (4:4:4) 24bpp when using Kramer's shielded cables.

High Performance Extender: — Professional DGKat™ 2.0 receiver to provide long range signals and bi-directional power over copper twisted pair. PT—872xr employs low-level video compression technology that delivers visually lossless performance for 4K60 4:4:4 HDR signals with near-zero latency. Converts the DGKat™ 2.0 signal to an HDMI signal. PT—872xr extends signal up to 50m (160ft) at 4K @ 60Hz (4:4:4) resolution and up to 70m (230ft) at 4K @ 30Hz (4:4:4) resolution 24bpp over Kramer shielded cables .

HDMI signal extension: — HDR, HDMI 2.0 and HDCP 2.2 compatible signal. Deep Color, xvColor™, Lip Sync, uncompressed HDMI audio channels, Dolby TrueHD, DTS–HD, 2K, 4K and 3D.

EDID Passthrough: — Intelligent algorithm for EDID processing, which guarantees Plug and Play operation between the monitor and the source.

Multi-channel audio extension: — Up to 32 channels of uncompressed digital stereo signals for studio-quality surround sound.

Easy and Affordable Maintenance: — Status indicator LEDs for the HDMI and DGKat™ 2.0 ports facilitate local maintenance and troubleshooting.

Easy installation: — A single twisted pair cable is required for signal transmission and power. PicoTOOLS® Compact Size without fans for mounting on the back of the device or mounting 4 units in 1U rack by adding the recommended rack adapter.
