BOSCH PLE-1ME240-EU Plena Economy mixer amplifiers are high-performance professional PA units with state-of-the-art features. They are very easy to use equipment, very simple on the outside for the user and sophisticated on the inside. Getting a clear call or clear music is as easy as turning on the radio. A cost effective package incorporating all the necessary components for a public address system.

Microphone and line inputs
All mic/line inputs can be used between mic level and line level sensitivity. The inputs are balanced, but can be used unbalanced. Phantom power can be activated to provide power for condenser microphones.

Input channel 1 can be assigned priority over all other microphone and music inputs:
- Input 1 can be activated by contact closure on the PTT input (push to talk). A 2-tone chime can be set to precede an announcement

music input
A separate music input with volume control is available.

custom settings
More unique features are available, such as a removable label where the user can write the names of the inputs. This label can then be placed on the front side, protected by the translucent window. Another useful feature is to indicate preferred settings on the front panel by inserting colored pins at the preset levels of all knobs. You can then instruct a user to set all controls to the silver pins to configure the system for their particular use. A second user can set all controls to the red pins for their configuration.

Power
The mixer amplifiers offer a power output of 60, 120 and 240 watts. This power is available on 100V constant voltage connections (70V for US versions) and with a low impedance output for a 4 ohm load. In addition, the amplifiers feature a separate 100V (70V for US versions) call-only output channel to address areas where only priority paging is required. The call only output can also be used for the remote 3-wire override function of the volume faders.

exit state
An LED type VU meter controls the main output. A headphone jack, below the VU meter, provides the mixer output. For complete reliability and ease of use, a built-in output level limiter is included to restrict the output if too wide a signal is applied by the user.
