Ubiquiti launches a variety of fiber modules (U Fiber) and single-mode cabling for your new installations or to upgrade existing infrastructures.
For long cable runs (300m or more), you can use the single-mode U Fiber BiDi models to make better use of the infrastructure already installed. For short runs, it is advisable to use the standard 1G and 10G multimode models offered by Ubiquiti to reduce costs. You can accompany these models with the reference "FiberCable", a mode-mode cable model with LC connector for outdoor installations. Light and flexible, the "FiberCable" is ideal for installations on telecommunications towers for outdoor switches or routers such as the EdgePoint. This model is available in runs of 100, 200 and 300 ft. (30, 60 and 90 meters respectively).
