Types of installation (Mod. 180 and 360)
Section by section
It consists of fixing the lower section to the base and placing it in an upright position, leveling it, then the successive intermediate sections are mounted, which will be equipped with the corresponding winds; the assembly is done by climbing the sections already placed and then hoisting the section to be placed, using appropriate lifting equipment.
Climbing must be done with the appropriate safety means (safety belt, anchors, etc.) and no more than two sections will be left without braking. When two sections without winds coincide, auxiliary winds will be used for the bracing of the sections during assembly. The turret will be leveled by adjusting the tension of the winds and the use of convenient leveling devices.
Complete turret
It consists of assembling the turret previously on the ground and hoisting it once assembled by means of a crane.
This system can be used exclusively with turrets of less than 18 meters height in the model 180 and heights less than 26 meters in the 360 model.
Security
When the installation of the turret is made on roof, roof or other place of a building, the installer will take all necessary precautions in agreement with the architect responsible for the building, in order to know the mechanical resistance of these areas.
