The RANGER Neo Rack 3 is a professional Field Meter and Spectrum Analyzer that is part of a new class of multifunction analyzers for TV, Satellite, CATV and WIFI.
They are designed to facilitate the work of expert installers and broadcast engineers beyond their traditional skills in network installation and maintenance, to successfully overcome the challenges posed by the world of wireless communications and new video platforms.
HEVC H.265 decoding and exceptional spectrum analyzer capabilities are at the heart of the RANGER Neo Rack 3 field strength meter, along with its many features such as WiFi analysis (including real spectrum display), LNB compatibility wide band (wide band LNB), constellation diagram, dynamic echo analysis, etc. All this in a very compact and light equipment, ideal for field work.

Characteristic
- HEVC decoding.
- T2-MI packet analysis. It can receive a T2-MI signal in either ASI or IP formats, performing IP transport quality measurements, T2-MI packet analysis and PLP de-encapsulation.
- dCSS LNBs. It stands for LNB Digital Channel Stacking Switch or LNB with Stacked Digital Channel Switching. It is a technology that represents a step further in the distribution of multi-user systems through a single cable.
