The embeddable electric lock release is a device that is installed in the door frame to control its opening from a remote location using an electrical device. In an electronic door entry installation, it is possible to activate the lock release at the entrance to the building and allow visitor access from the home telephone or monitor by pressing the lock release ´key´ button. A embeddable lock release is made up of an electrical mechanism and an armature.

This lock release is made up of a 300 series electrical mechanism with CTC, whose dimensions are:

This version allows a diversity of applications thanks to its highly reliable C/No/Nc microswitch with gold contacts. The maximum intensity of the contact is 2A-230Vac. Allowing to know if the door is open or closed. Essential in security installations and alarms in banks, laboratories or jewelry stores and in all those establishments that require the opening of one door with the automatic locking of another and vice versa. Reversible (DIN Right or DIN Left).

It allows opening both to the right and to the left.

Not symmetrical.

It allows changing hands but taking into account that the body is not symmetrical when changing from DIN RIGHT to DIN LEFT.

DIN STANDARD

The DIN STANDARD establishes the opening direction of the door and names the type of lock release installed.

Looking at the door from the side where the hinges are visible:

If the hinges are to the left of the observer, it is a Left DIN lock release.

If the hinges are to the right of the observer, it is a Right DIN lock release.

There are several types of lock release mechanisms, it depends on the TYPE OF OPERATION that is needed.

TYPE N-412_NORMAL 12Vdc:

• N-412 (Normal Operation and activation at 12 Vdc): the lock release unlocks during the time that a 12 Vdc voltage is applied to it.

Type S embeddable armor.

For access doors.

Type S gray metallic trim that, together with an electrical mechanism, forms a embeddable lock release.
