Fermax 1616 DECODER RELAYS FERMAX MEET 10 OUTPUTS
The Lynx 10-output relay decoder, which works with the standard Modbus protocol and in conjunction with the master IP relay decoder, makes the Lynx network fully integrable with systems that require dry contact inputs. It acts as a slave module and, at the request of the IP master module, manages 10 dry contacts for each unit.
FEATURES AND FUNCTIONS
The Fermax 10-output relay decoder is the perfect complement for your IP master unit and for the management of dry contacts. Up to 32 slave modules can be attached to each IP master module.
Elevator control: The 10-output relay decoder generates the necessary dry contact activations for the elevator control system. Each of its NO/NC relay outputs can be assigned to a floor, which means a maximum of 320 floors for each IP master module. The IP master decoder instructions are transmitted via the Modbus protocol using 2 wire buses as the physical medium.
Safe Door Opening: The 10 output relay decoder, combined with its master unit IP relay decoder, allows the Lynx system to trigger door opening from ubiquitous relay modules instead of panel relays. This special anti-vandal feature reinforces the system and makes Lynx one step ahead of Fermax's commitment to security.
Additional functions: Any special feature of the residential area that can be controlled by a dry contact can be managed by the Lynx relay modules. Under the direction of Lynx these 10 relays can be applied as desired for automated control of the installation.
