Essentially, the Central de Concierge acts as a "filter" between visitors to a building and its neighbors. During normal operation, calls made from any entrance panel to the building are received at the Concierge Center, and the concierge may announce the visit to the corresponding neighbor, pass the call to him, or attend it personally.
Conventional System: uses wires common to the entire installation plus 1 call wire (or call return) per home.
Recommended in small / medium-sized buildings (up to approx. 50 neighbors), with several entrances and a concierge center. For urbanizations with general entrance and inner blocks.
Cabling:
- Doorphone: 4 common wires + N (1 call wire per dwelling).
- Video intercom: 7 common wires + 1 video coaxial + N (1 call wire per home).
Maximum distance in the installation depending on the section of the cable used (consult technical manuals)
