MIO is a monitor with a capacitive screen presented in two formats: 7'' and 10".

MIO's graphical interface allows the functions to be intuitive and understandable for the user.

GUARD Users can call the selected guard unit by selecting it from a drop down list.

If the guard unit has an associated IP camera, it can start an audio and video communication with the monitors.

Up to 5 guard units per project can be duplicated with slave guard units.

PANEL AUTO IGNITION Users can auto-ignite the street panel of their respective blocks for greater security.

This can be done by selecting the board that the user wants to view.

Once the channel is open, the user can take photos, establish communication and open the door.

This auto-start can also apply to CCTV IP cameras (up to 9 cameras) 3.

INTERCOM HOUSE TO HOUSE The MIO monitor allows its users to call the neighbors of the same community by dialing the apartment number to call.

The apartment number consists of 7 digits which includes the block number (3 digits) and the apartment number (4 digits).

CALL LOG Users can check their call log in the CALL LOG interface, and can view the photos taken for each record if any.

The maximum number of photos is 64.

ALARMS The MIO monitor can manage 7 alarm zones and 1 tamper alarm, through 3 simple, fully programmable modes: HOME: It is the lowest security level.

Only the duress and emergency alarm are active.

SLEEPING: Medium level security.

Typically includes HOME mode alarms plus intrusion.

OUTSIDE: Highest level of security.

It is common to have all alarms armed.

LIFT CONTROL MIO offers a complete lift control system.

Tenants can enable the use of the elevator for visitors to access their floor at the same time they open the door.

Tenants can call the elevator from the monitor before leaving their apartments.

Through integration with third parties, it is possible to visualize the location of the floor where the elevator is and the ascending or descending direction of the elevator.

MESSAGES Users can receive text messages from the residential management software, informing in a simple way if there is a package, a maintenance or scheduling a relevant event such as neighborhood meetings.

(For this function it is necessary to use the residential management software).

DO NOT DISTURB Use the do not disturb feature to mute the monitor for a period of time.

USER SETTINGS CALL MELODY SETTINGS Users can select different ring melodies to differentiate whether the call comes from the panel, the guard unit or any other element of the installation.

There are 5 selectable melodies for each call source.

The doorbell tone is fixed and cannot be changed.

The volume can also be adjusted based on user preferences.

DISPLAY SETTINGS MIO allows you to change the color of the wallpaper to better match your home decor.

You can also activate the confirmation tone of the touch on the screen.

DATE AND TIME SETTINGS MIO synchronizes the date and time automatically with the management software or directly from the Internet.

It can also be manually adjusted from the monitor or guard unit, or via the web server of any device.

Settings will not be saved in the event of a power failure.

LANGUAGE SELECTION MIO is available in 11 different languages: • SPANISH • ENGLISH • FRENCH • GERMAN • POLISH • RUSSIAN • HEBREW • TURKISH • ARABIC • FARSI • CHINESE The user can select the desired language.

PIN CODE SETTINGS MIO has two PIN codes that can be changed independently.

USER PIN CODE: Used to deactivate and arm the alarm system of the monitor.

DURESS PIN CODE: In case the user is forced to deactivate the alarm against his will, he can use this anti-duress code to deactivate the alarm while sending a duress message to the guard unit.

INFO MIO includes detailed information about Firmware version, IP and MAC address.

This information is very useful for both maintenance and repair.

INSTALLER SETTINGS MONITOR SETTINGS Used to set monitor parameters.

Block No.: Number of the building in which the monitor is located.

Apartment No.: Apartment number in which the monitor is located.

Monitor Number: Each apartment can have up to 5 monitors.

The main monitor must have the number 0.

SYNCHRONIZATION CODE: Used for synchronization of monitors within an apartment.

MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE IP: It refers to the IP of the management software that controls the installation.

This software, installed on a PC, will manage the alarms, access control and monitoring of the equipment.

PIN CODE: Used for identification when connected to the management software.

NETWORK SETTING: IP parameters.

ALARM SETTINGS MIO has 7 alarm zones and a tamper alarm.

Each zone can be programmed independently according to the needs of the project, both type of sensor and activation delay.

TYPE: Instant, Delayed, Panic.

EQUIPMENT: Infrared, gas, magnetic door sensor, panic button, door bell and tamper.

PORT: Normally Closed (NC), Normally Open (NO), or Tamper (3C) DELAY: The delay can be selected between 0 – 300 seconds.

If the doorbell function is activated, we will use one of the zones.

In order to activate the alarms, we have to arm the system in one of the HOME, SLEEP, AWAY modes in which the zones that will be active are defined.

PIN CODE SETTINGS The installer can change the access password from the graphic interface.

It is recommended to change this password.
