Fermax 1300 4+N/MDS MINIDECODER

Conventional System: uses wires common to the entire installation plus 1 call wire (or call return) per dwelling.

Recommended in small/medium sized buildings (up to 50 neighbors approx.), with various entrances and central guard unit. For urbanizations with general entrance and inner blocks.

Cabling:

Doorman: 4 common wires + N (1 call wire per apartment).

Video intercom: 7 common wires + 1 video coaxial + N (1 call wire per home).

Maximum distance in the installation depending on the section of the cable used (consult technical manuals)

Small in size, they can be installed in electrical registers. They can be embedded in standard 10x10 cm boxes. They have adhesive strips for fixing, or they can be screwed directly to the wall.

Audio Decoders 4 and 8 outputs:

Used in MDS installations. They allow to connect up to 4/8 telephones and/or monitors.

They are in charge of routing and transmitting the audio from a street panel to the corresponding housing terminal and vice versa.

Each of the decoder outputs are programmed with a 4-digit MDS address. This address identifies the home terminal connected to each output, differentiating it from the other terminals in the installation.

When making a call from a street panel, the MDS address corresponding to the marked dwelling is generated, so that only the decoder that has an output programmed with the generated MDS address will establish communication between the panel and the dwelling.

The telephones/monitors connected to a decoder have privacy of audio communications with respect to the rest of the terminals.
